RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

RETURNS

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT can be returned?

  • All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging and original price tags.
  • The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received. Products must not be used.
  • Product must be returned along with all accessories.
  • Product need to be returned should be claimed in 48 hours. The customer will be guided for return or exchange. The product once received by Florita Appliances will be inspected for any other damages. If the claim stated is genuine the product will be replaced or the money will be reimbursed. Products claimed beyond 48 hours will only be exchanged not returned.

Procedure to return your product

  • Contact us via email or phone, our contact detail is ecom@floritaindia.com / you can call us on +91-9027826003.
  •  We will guide you about process for the same.
  • After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to our sales office: A-11, Dwarika Greens , Opposite Civil Hospital, Dehradun Road, Roorkee District Haridwar.

SHIPPING for returns

  • Customer is responsible about shipping charges for return of products. Shipping charges Will be borne by Florita Appliances only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or was in damaged Condition
  • Customer is responsible about damaged due to returning transit; It is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged.
  • If any product which is delivered is not same as per order or in damaged condition, then the same will be replaced by us without any charge. (In condition of damaged product it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.

CREDIT for returns

  • Your credit for returns will be refunded once the item is inspected and found ok.

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

If the order or the item that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet , you can write to our customer support team on ecom@floritaindia.com / call us on our Helpline No.  :       +91-9027826003 ( MON - SAT 10 : 30AM – 7 : 00PM )  OR you may cancel from your Orders .

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

 

CANCELLATION POST SHIPMENT:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered , please get in touch with our customer support team on ecom@floritaindia.com ./ call us on our Helpline No.  :       +91-9027826003 ( MON - SAT 10 : 30AM – 7 : 00PM )  OR you may cancel from your Orders .

 

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/ condition, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days.
